One Day Antenatal Class
Be prepared for labour and birth by attending our One Day Antenatal Class. Classes are held in three different venues for your convenience. Our experienced midwives will guide you through what to expect from late pregnancy, signs and stages of labour, pain relief, caring for baby and Mums post natal health.

Our Paediatric First Aid course will teach you how to apply life saving first aid skills to any baby or child in an emergency – a must for any parent or carer of babies or small children, this course is invaluable.
